How delivery works
- Pay with PayPal or a debit or credit card. Your order is confirmed straight away.
- You land in your setup portal. Add your business name, colours, logo and text so we can prepare your copy.
- We check your payment and email you the ready-to-deploy website (.zip) within 12 hours. It also appears in your setup portal on the device you ordered from.
- Need help going live? The portal's Deploy help step walks you through hosting and connecting your domain. The domain itself is not included; you buy it separately.
What you own
You get the complete source code of the website you bought as a ready-to-deploy .zip (static HTML and JavaScript, no build step), emailed to you within 12 hours of payment. You can edit it, host it anywhere and use it for one business or website per purchase. Domain and hosting are not included: you buy your own domain (usually $10–$20 a year from a registrar such as Namecheap or GoDaddy) and choose your own host, so both stay in your name. Free hosting on Vercel or Netlify works for most sites. You may not resell or redistribute the design as a template.
Licence
- One purchase, one website: each purchase lets you use the design for one website for one business, yours or a client's. Building a second website needs a second purchase.
- You can: edit the code, change the content and branding, host it anywhere and keep using it after your business changes hands.
- You can't: resell, share or give away the design or its code as a template, theme or kit, or upload it to another marketplace.
- Photos and fonts: sample photos are placeholders from Unsplash and fonts come from free libraries. Replace the photos with your own before launch.
- Brand names: sample shop and product names are made up. Use your own business name and products.
- Licence ID: every website we deliver carries a licence ID tied to your order, inside index.html. Keep it there: it is how we confirm your copy is genuine.
- Unlicensed copies: websites built from our designs without a purchase are reported to Google under the DMCA, which removes them from search results, and to their hosting provider, which can take them offline.
Terms of sale
- Price: one-time payment in US dollars at the price shown at checkout, including any sale discount. There is no subscription.
- What you buy: the source code of the design you previewed and access to its setup portal. Domain names, hosting and third-party services are not included.
- Domain & launch setup (optional): charged per website. You buy the domain in your own name and tell us which one in the setup portal. We connect it and put the site live within the stated business days after we receive the details.
- Payment and delivery: pay with PayPal, a debit or credit card through PayPal (no PayPal account needed for cards), or bank transfer to Bank Muscat. We check every payment and email your website within 12 hours of PayPal and card payments, usually much sooner. Bank transfers are sent once the money reaches our account, usually within one to three business days.
- Changes and custom work: not included in the price. Ask for a quote from Start a project.
- Refunds: see the refund policy below. A refunded order loses access to the download and the licence ends.
Refund policy
If we cannot deliver your files within 7 days, or they do not match the design you previewed, you get a full refund. Because source code cannot be returned once it is delivered, other refund requests are reviewed case by case. To ask for a refund, contact us with your order number.
Privacy and cookies

- What we collect: your name, email and the setup details you share, used only to deliver your order. We do not sell your data.
- Payments: handled by PayPal. We never see your card details.
- Email: order confirmations and setup links are sent through our email provider. Newsletter emails are sent only if you subscribed, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- How long we keep it: order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then they are deleted. Setup details and chat history are deleted on request once your site is live.
- Your rights: ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, using the contact details below.
- Saved on your device: your cart and order list are stored in your browser.
- Advertising: we use Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners show ads based on those visits.
- Your choices: turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of other vendors at aboutads.info. See how Google uses data.
- EU, UK and Switzerland: we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time.
